横須賀のプレミアムブランド「姫様のたまご」を使用した『姫様の生食パン』を使用。
安納芋ペーストがたっぷり入ったアパレイユを一晩かけて染み込ませ、じっくりと焼き上げます。
安納芋のホクホクな身と
自家製安納芋ペーストをトッピングし
ブリュレのようにキャラメリゼしています。
食パンと安納芋の旨味や甘さが引き立たれた秋らしい心もお口もほっこりホクホクなフレンチトーストです♪
