大変お待たせいたしました
約1ヶ月間、何度も試食と試作を重ね
たくさんの方のご協力のもと、
この度新しいベーコンとご縁をいただくことができました
神奈川県綾瀬市にある高座豚手造りハムさんの
ベーコンを使用させていただきます
高座豚手造りハムさんは
養豚場から大切に豚さんを育てられています
豚さんのお顔を知っているからこそ
肥料、お水、環境を大切にされていて
育てられている方の心
ハムやベーコンに造り上げる職人さんの心
販売されている方の心
すべてがあたたかく
そのあたたかさが溢れた素材そのままのお味、
本当に美味しく感動しました
畜産の現場からお客様の手に渡るまでの
長い道のりを知られているからこそ
命というものに何より感謝されている
私もそんな感謝を忘れずに
バトンを引き継がせていただきたいと思っています
「いただきます」って言葉を忘れてはいけない
本当に大切な感謝の言葉だなと改めてしみじみ
